Your worth cannot be measured

Who or what determines if you are worthy? On what grounds and according to whose criteria? Think about this for a moment…

Important to notice here that the moment you start measuring your worth you start entering the domain of subjective storytelling. In essence, whether you think you are worthy or not is just a story appearing in your mind.

As long as the story affirms your worth it doesn’t present any problem and you don’t have to worry about it. However, if the story is a disqualifying one that is consistently on repeat it is counter-productive to your inner well-being.

For example:
Event: Not getting the promotion. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.
Event: Not falling pregnant. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.
Event: Not getting a relationship that lasts. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.
Event: Battling with an addiction. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.
Event: Struggling financially. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.
Event: Was abused as a child. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.
Event: Not reaching your business goals. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.
Event: Not fulfilled in your relationship. Subjective story: I’m not worthy.

Shift out of the mental prison of thinking you are not worthy.
As soon as you see the subjective nature of the negative stories you believe about yourself, other people and/or events, you are empowered to stop believing them. They might still appear in your mind but they lose their power over you.

What negative story are you currently believing about your worth?
What will become possible if you decide to let it go?

Enjoy your new freedom!

And stay alert for those negative stories catching you off-guard.

lots of love,
Renier
